FlyFawz

Feature

Connect your agency's own payment gateway

FlyFawz does not process payments. Your agency connects its own gateway account (Stripe), and your travellers pay your agency directly through it. FlyFawz is not a payment processor and never receives, holds or transfers traveller funds.

How the integration works

On the Payment settings page your agency pastes its own Stripe secret key, publishable key and webhook signing secret, and chooses whether the storefront runs in Test or Live mode. From then on, every checkout on your storefront — flights, tours and packages — creates a payment on your agency'sgateway account. The funds settle to your agency's bank on your own payout schedule.

FlyFawz is the software that shows the checkout form and records the result. It is not a payment processor, it never receives, holds or transfers traveller funds, and it takes no share of any booking. Your agency is the seller of record for its own travel products, and owns its own money flow, chargeback exposure, payout timing and customer relationship.

How a payment flows

  • A traveller checks out on your agency’s storefront. Using your agency’s gateway credentials, the software creates a Stripe PaymentIntent on your agency’s own account.
  • Stripe collects the card payment (including 3-D Secure where supported) and settles it to your agency.
  • Stripe calls your webhook. The software verifies the signature against your webhook secret, then marks the booking paid in your dashboard and records the amount and currency charged.
  • If a payment fails, the booking is flagged and — if you use email notifications — the traveller gets a branded "payment didn’t go through" email with a link to retry.

Requirements and limitations — stated plainly

You must connect your own gateway account to take payments

There is no shared gateway account to fall back on. Until your agency saves a valid key for the active mode, checkout is disabled on your storefront. Travellers can still browse and submit inquiries, but they can't pay.

Other things worth knowing

  • Stripe is the gateway supported today; support for additional payment gateways is planned.
  • You configure one webhook URL in your own Stripe dashboard, pointing at the FlyFawz software. The setup page shows the exact URL and the events to subscribe to.
  • Refunds, disputes and payout issues are handled in your agency’s own Stripe dashboard — the software reads payment status; it does not manage your Stripe account.
  • Multi-currency amounts are stored and reported per currency, never converted or summed across currencies.
  • Your FlyFawz subscription is the only thing FlyFawz charges. It is billed to your agency as a software subscription and is separate from anything your travellers pay you.
