Refund Policy

1. Our order process

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries relating to billing and handles returns and refunds.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with FlyFawz, you can request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked. This guarantee applies to new subscriptions (your first purchase) on any monthly or annual plan.

3. How to request a refund

You can request a refund in either of these ways:

• Contact Paddle using the link in the order receipt email you received when you purchased. Paddle will process the request and return the payment to your original payment method.
• Email us at hello@flyfawz.com with the email address used for the order, and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period and the subscription will not renew. After the 14-day money-back window has passed, we do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period, whether on a monthly or an annual plan.

5. Software only

FlyFawz is software. This policy covers only the fees you pay for your FlyFawz subscription. Any travel bookings that agencies make with their own customers through their storefronts (including flights, tours, and packages) are outside this policy; those bookings, and any refunds or cancellations relating to them, are handled by the agency concerned under its own terms.
