Terms of Service

Role of FlyFawz

BIZFAWZ (PRIVATE) LIMITED provides software only. We are not a party to any transaction between an Agency and its customers, we are not a travel agent or a seller of travel, and we do not process or hold customer payments. Each Agency is the seller of record for its own travel products and services, and connects its own payment gateway account so that its customers' payments go directly to the Agency. The only amounts FlyFawz charges are software subscription fees payable by the Agency.

1. The Service

FlyFawz provides Agencies with a hosted, branded storefront for selling flights, tours, and packages, along with an administrative dashboard to manage bookings, content, and settings. Flight search and booking are fulfilled through third-party providers: each Agency connects its own provider account (Duffel) to sell flights. During a trial, shared test credentials may be provided for flight search only; they do not create real bookings.

2. Accounts & plans

Agencies begin on a free trial before selecting a paid plan (Starter, Pro or Enterprise). Plan limits (including monthly booking volume and access to certain features) are enforced as described on our Pricing page and may change with notice. Paid plans are sold as monthly or annual subscriptions and are billed as described in section 3.

3. Payments

Agencies in Pakistan pay BIZFAWZ (PRIVATE) LIMITED in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through our payment partner Safepay. Each payment covers one billing period of one month, and your plan continues when you pay for the next period. We send a reminder before the period ends. International agencies pay through Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record, and those subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. FlyFawz does not process payments made by travellers to agencies; those go directly to each agency's own payment gateway.

4. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the content you publish on your storefront, for complying with applicable travel, consumer protection, and data protection laws in the jurisdictions you operate in, and for maintaining your own privacy policy and terms for your Travelers. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

5. Third-party providers

Bookings made through your storefront are ultimately fulfilled by third-party flight and travel providers. FlyFawz is not a party to the contract of carriage or travel service between a Traveler and the provider or Agency, and is not responsible for provider availability, pricing accuracy, or service delivery.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent or abusive activity, or poses a security risk to the platform or other Agencies. You may stop using the Service at any time; contact us to close your account.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlyFawz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active Agencies. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. You agree that the courts of Toba Tek Singh, Punjab, Pakistan (including any consumer court) will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute that you have with us.

10. Delivery

FlyFawz is software delivered online. Access to your plan starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, normally within a minute, and an invoice is added to your account. No physical goods are shipped.
